Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machinery is where Process Rubber excels over competitors, providing state of the art technology to aid manufacturer of a wide variety of products and components. With the recent acquisition of the ATOM Flash Cut 30155HD, PRP can now offer both cost effective low volume cutting without the need for tooling, or high volume production using our CNC die presses. With each machine tailored to maximum efficiency and quality, PRP can effectively provide high quality components whilst also keeping competitive prices over competitors.
The ATOM Flash Cut is a multi-axis CNC cutting machine designed to cut a wide variety of materials using an interchangeable oscillating tool head.
The 3 x 1.5m bed allows sufficient space for various sizing of material, whilst the generous height clearance between the tool arm allows for various composite materials and thicknesses up to 100mm.
The machine is programmable via an onboard PC, complete with CAD and nesting software.
The addition, the ATOM Flash Cut has enhanced our ability to cut small/production batch quantities by eliminating the need for a tooling die. Increased diversity with this machine means we are able to undertake nearly any task within the bounds and limits of the properties above.
